The Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Wisconsin is holdings its upcoming 2018 Financial Planning Symposium. This large conference brings together a variety of professionals to discuss complicated or little-known topics regarding financial planning. This year, Attorney John Kitzke and Attorney Bethany Canfield of Kitzke & Canfield will be hosting a seminar during the conference titled “Learning What You Don’t Know You Don’t Know About Estate Planning.”
Estate planning is one of the most complex areas of law, and not knowing what you do not know about estate planning will likely cause more problems than knowing what you do not know. The purpose of the seminar hosted by Attorneys Kitzke and Canfield is to shed light on both basic estate planning concepts, as well as advanced topics often kept on backburners until they really matter. Points to discuss will include avoiding probate, revocable living trusts, special needs planning, IRA trusts, and more. After the course completes, attendees should feel much more confident regarding estate planning concerns and have the tools they need to address basic problems or needs as they arise.
